3) No Scraping/No Automated Collection

4) No Reuse or Redistribution

5) No Derivative Datasets/No Model Training

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

• create derivative databases, indexes, or competing products/services from Site-obtained Data; or
• use Site-obtained Data for AI/ML training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, or model development.

6) No Circumvention

You may not bypass or interfere with rate limits, access controls, security features, robot directives, authentication, or protective measures on the Site.

7) Upstream Source Restrictions

Some Data may be derived from third-party or public-sector sources with their own terms or legal restrictions. You must comply with all applicable upstream requirements. These Terms do not grant rights broader than we are legally permitted to grant.

8) Donations

We may accept voluntary donations to support the project. Donations do not purchase data rights, expanded permissions, or any ownership interest unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

9) Disclaimers

The Site and Data are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the Site or Data.

11) Suspension and Enforcement

We may suspend or block access for suspected violations. Unauthorized scraping, extraction, or reuse may cause irreparable harm; we may seek injunctive relief and other remedies available at law or equity.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
